I even have workmates back then who type with their index fingers only and would even struggle looking for the letter that they are searching for. Even if I wanted to say "It's not my fault they don't know how to do their job", I can't because at the end of the day, they are still my colleagues and it's unprofessional. Because of those previous people, not only do I have to process the refund but I have to handle the customer's frustration as well. We got little training as well, but we are still able to do our job properly. I work for CS and I'm not even from US or Uk, handles multiple chats, and sure I get typos every now and then but to use shortcuts and have consistent typos is a big no-no. For example, I'd receive a customer that is frustrated because the previous people they have spoken with couldn't even understand the issue and goe to solve it.
